We are doing more to GUARANTEE the quality:

  • Translation is not only technical, it is an art. Quality of translation is consistently treated as the most important aspect of our service. We ensure the highest quality and text smoothness. As a result, 80% of our clients have been referred by our own satisfied customers.
  • What are we offering is not just translation! Every project we receive from our clients is translated, proofread, and then edited by our professional team. After the document is edited, it is returned to the translators so they may ensure that nothing of the original text’s bearing is missed. During the above thorough process, we also have a position called Quality Controller who may choose any work from the procedure to monitor the quality. Once we are satisfied, you, our client can view the translation and offer your opinions until you are completely satisfied.   • To demonstrate the confidence we have  in our work, Alexander Translation will periodically give its customers an opportunity to have Alexander Translation’s work tested and monitored by independent English translators and proofreaders that operate in their region.  Alexander Translation will cover the cost of this examination.
  • Alexander Translation’s highest priority is providing top quality service while maintaining absolute customer confidentiality. You can rest assured that the administrator, translators, proofreaders, and editors will not disclose any information learned and/or transmitted during the performance of translation unless he or she has the express approval of all parties or when required by law. We treat all our work as confidential. To give you added confidence, we and our translators are happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, which we can supply if you don’t have one. Please note that we will retain copies of your source document(s) and translation(s) on paper and/or disk (depending on the project) for only few weeks unless we receive instructions to the contrary.

Tips

1. Pre-translation stage

Clients can provide the relevant glossary and the translated material, along with their specific requirements for translation and typesetting. A written proxy is recommended in case of future dispute. During the process of translation, frequent communication between the clients and Alexander Translation is highly appreciated.

2. Post-translation service

If the translation is for audio-visual, printing and website use and the alike, some possible errors like addition, omission and misspellings may occur because the producers may not know  the target language. In that case, Alexander Translation suggests that the clients should entrust our translators for the final proofreading which will be fairly charged. The service will be free if it is of small amount.

3. Copyright

Generally speaking, clients are entitled to the copyright of their original documents and also the right to use translated documents. It would be the clients’ responsibility to provide translation documents that are under no copyright disputes.
